Seventeen years ago, as a single parent of two teenagers, I sold the successful business I had owned and managed for fifteen years in order to serve folks who, for various life-changing reasons, found their homes no longer met their needs.
My own frustrations with those changing needs—from first-time homebuyer to newlywed couple to babies to teenagers to now an empty nest—have given me compassion and a desire to help others find happiness in their “castle”, whatever their stage in life.
I have lived in Northern Colorado the past 32 years, enjoyed seeing both children graduate from the exceptional local school system, and have witnessed the Fort Collins/Loveland/Windsor Region grow from a population of just over 99,613 in 1980 to 229,499 in 2011. Being a part of that process has provided me vast knowledge of the benefits of various neighborhoods, schools and personalities of the different towns in the area.
That knowledge, coupled with my accounting and business experience, enables me to provide the information needed to help clients make an intelligent decision in this very personal and emotional financial investment.
In 2004, I persuaded my daughter to bring her marketing and organizational skills to our team. Now a licensed Realtor, she shares my passion for helping others achieve their goals.
