I cut my teeth in the service industry...in fact, I can't remember a time I wasn't in the service industry--it's all I know!  I worked in restaurants for almost 10 years, and also was a friendly sudslinger for a couple years too.  Well, it turns out that real estate is the ultimate service industry....and the ultimate profession. 

I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and after visiting Fort Collins numerous times, decided that I wanted to live in this fine town.  My wife Lindsey and I have lived in beautiful Colorado since 2002, when we finished college at the University of Illinois. We are avid skiers, gardeners, and (sometimes) exasperated dog owners. We bought our first home in late summer 2004 and continue to enjoy all that lovely Fort Collins has to offer.

I know that I have a strong sense of the market and I keep abreast of current conditions continually. The first thing I do every morning is look at all the new listings.  Also, as an investment property owner myself, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities inherent in investment property.  That is definitely one of my specialities. 

In the past few years, I have become quite proficient in foreclosures and short sales.  I would say I am a short sale expert.  If you do not know what that is, call me and I will explain.

When it comes to meeting the individual needs of each and every client, I shine.  I love helping people find the property that is RIGHT FOR THEM, and I will go to great lengths to find it for my clients.  Every transaction that I am a part of is different, just like every client is different and has their own needs.  What sets me apart is KNOWLEDGE!  I have experience, and even though I have only been in the business for 4 years, I humbly think I know more than most.  Come on, think about it...you don't have to be that smart to get your real estate license.  What makes the difference is experience with contracts and transactions.  I have done every kind of transaction with every kind of client. When I have a listing, I treat it like my ONLY listing!  Attention to detail and service really set me apart from other brokers.
