Helping others to realize their dreams is a great job and all my past experience has led me to real estate!  Being a social worker taught me to actively listen to others and to make their needs my priority.  My work in hospitality enabled me to work with a wide variety of people and to share my knowledge of the area for their enjoyment.  I received my real estate license in 1998 and worked as a leasing agent for a local property management company.  They taught me to work with renters and investors fairly, ethically and to have fun in the process.  I've been in real estate sales since 2003.  I've listed and sold all types of residential properties.  I have a knack for finding homes that meet and exceed my clients' expectations.  Being a Realtor has given me the chance to use all the skills I've learned in my previous careers.  That in itself is a dream come true for me!

Moving is stressful by definition.  I try to make the process of finding a new home as efficient, fun and worry-free as possible.  I provide my clients with a variety of options at first, then narrow the search to the homes that are the closest match for them.  They have access to multiple property photos and as much information as I can provide online.  Sometimes it's hard to find everything on their list in one home, especially if price is a major consideration.  I work with my clients to find the best possible options in their price range before we get in the car to look at potential homes.  

When we find The One,  I write the offer carefully and oversee all the dates and deadlines so everything proceeds according to plan.  If there's drama to be had, I deal with it and resolve it to my clients' satisfaction.  I anticipate my clients' needs and prepare them for any obstacles they might face along the way. A real estate contract is a meeting of the minds.  As long as everyone has that common goal, it's easy to proceed to a successful Closing with tact, professionalism and good humor.
