Lee Kendall is a Colorado native who happened to have been born somewhere else by mistake! He moved to the state 21 years ago, attracted by the majestic beauty of the landscape, and the contagious warmth and friendliness of the people who call Colorado home.

After 8 years in the financial services industry, Lee moved into real estate 7 years ago and has experienced significant professional success and personal satisfaction working closely with his clients. Recently, he was honored to be recognized as the 2008 Top Individual Producer for the Boulder, Colorado office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

With an extensive background in finance and contract negotiation, Lee brings real value to his clientele when making real estate decisions. "My mission is to handle the details and activities behind the scenes so my clients can focus on what's really important to them, finding that next dream home."

Working with listings, Lee brings a wealth of experience in marketing and technology to support his clients.  "I really enjoy the creative aspects of the business, such as the marketing of new listings.
