Buying a new home should be fun and exciting. Selling an existing home should not be complicated. The Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate team has the resources and skills to make that happen.

I was born and raised in Wisconsin. The University of Wisconsin granted a degree in electrical engineering. In Minneapolis, Minnesota, I helped build and installed room size mainframes in the USA, Canada, and England. Our family subsequently moved to Atlanta and Augusta, Georgia, where I managed an educational software development group. Managing the customer support group and leading teacher training was the most rewarding part of my career. When my wife completed a nursing degree, we followed her to Denver and a new career. We will celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary this summer.

Our three adult children are scattered across the USA. The eldest daughter, employed by a large  Chicago bakery, manages the accounts receivable department. Our son, stationed in Maine, is an airplane mechanic with the US NAVY. Another daughter and son-in-law were corpsmen with the NAVY. They live in Colorado Springs and are continuing their medical education.

Various volunteer projects occupy my spare time: the church's unofficial repairperson; being on the board of directors and assisting in the distribution of food with Covenant Cupboard Food Pantry; and getting great exercise building homes with Habitat for Humanity.
