Hi! I've lived in the Denver Metro area since 1970. My background in college and my experience for the past 37 years has been in marketing and sales. Eight-five percent of my business comes from referrals. Communication and people skills are two of my strengths.
Buying and selling real estate are major steps in anyone's live and can be very stressful. My goal in serving my clients is to provide the knowledge and expertise to relieve the stress and to make it a fun experience. I go that extra mile to make sure my clients are completely satisfied and clients always seem to become my friends. When I am working with buyers I am always talking to them about resale value. I tell them I don't just want to help them buy a home, I want to be around to sell it for them when that time comes.
I live in Parker, Colorado and my office is in Highlands Ranch. However, I have sold and listed properties throughout the larger Denver Metro Area; from Conifer and Evergreen to Thornton and Brighton, to Parker, Elizabeth, and Castle Rock.
Some of my achievements include: earning the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist Award, which only 4% of all realtors in the country ever achieve; earning the prestigious Presidents' Circle Award for performance from Coldwell Banker for 2001, 2002, 2003.
