I have worked in the real estate industry since 1987.  My real estate career has taken me from Northern Virginia, Albuquerque and Chicago to the Front Range of Colorado.  I have been living and working in Colorado since 1995.  While working for a national homebuilder, I developed my skills in contract negotiations, purchase and sale due diligence, and the financial analysis of real estate transactions.  I have been involved in literally hundreds of real estate deals during my career.

PERSONAL
I obtained my CPA after graduating from Baylor University.  I have 2 sons who both graduated from Highlands Ranch High School and are now attending college.  The oldest goes to Southern Methodist University in Dallas while studying Business and International Studies.  My youngest will be attending Penn State University in the fall of 2009 and majoring in Music Performance and pursuing a career as a symphony violist.
