I have been a resident of Colorado for over fifteen years, and has been assisting people buy and sell properties throughout Colorado for more than ten years.   I specialize in Boulder County, the Denver Metro area and the north Denver suburbs.

Recognizing the importance of environmentally safe and ecologically sound build, I was one of the first realtors to earn the national EcoBroker certification.   I am also a certified e-Pro and GRI realtor®.

I have an extensive background in business-to-business, labor-management, and family mediation.   I also mediate cases specific to real estate contracts.   And I have a background in facilitating large multi-party discussions to help all parties reach common ground on difficult issues.

I have an extensive background in broadcasting, and sold high tech engineering solutions to television and radio stations and networks throughout the world.   I also worked in the Boston television and video production market, having been on-air talent, an Emmy winning video editor, and the lead audio mixer for Red Sox, Boston Bruins, and Celtics television feeds.

Colorado is a great place to live, and I like to spend time giving back to the community through various volunteer commitments.   I am a Victim’s Advocate for the Boulder County Sheriff’s Department, assisting the victims of crime or traumatic life events to find resources that can assist in these difficult transitions.   I am also a mediator for the City of Boulder, Jefferson County, and the Denver courts.
