Professionally, Mike has attained the coveted CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) a designation from the National Association of REALTORS®, a designation only 5% of agents achieve. He is also designated a GRI (Graduate of REALTOR® Institute), CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional), and CNS (Certified Negotiation Specialtist). These designation networks keep him in touch with the most effective techniques for buying and selling real estate. Mike's efforts have been recognized with Coldwell Banker International Awards: President's Circle, Diamond and Sterling Society.

Mike is a Colorado state accredited instructor at the Empire Real Estate School.  His course matter covers finance, trust deeds, liens, and property management.  With over 13 years experience, and over 400 transactions in the northern Colorado market, you can rest assured, Mike will get the job done for you!

Mike went to school and grew up in the northern Colorado area. He has also lived on both coasts, Kansas, and Texas and can relate to the unique attributes of those areas and can point out similarities / differences as they relate to Colorado.

Mike's goal is to make each transaction as stress free for his customers and clients as possible.   He does not want to sell you a home if he would not want to sell it for you in the future.
