We've lived in Ft. Collins since 1980, are actively involved in various aspects of the community, and stay on top of the local real estate trends in order to best serve you! Among other educational achievements, Pam is a Certified Residential Specialist, considered the PhD of Real Estate degrees. And Dawne has attained the EcoBroker designation, to follow her passion for environmental concerns and how they pertain to home building and design.

She attained that status by being committed to making the entire process of home-buying and home-selling as stress free as possible. To help her provide that level of service, she recruited her daughter, Dawne, to join her at Coldwell Banker in 2003. Her previous experience as a sales representative for a national builder (and the hundreds of new homes she participated in helping them build) gives her an eye for construction quality and adds value to her clients through each phase of the Buying and Inspection process.
