Pam has vast knowledge of new construction and creative financing opportunities. She spent her first five years in real estate as a representative for a large national builder, expanding her business and knowledge over the past four years into the many diverse neighborhoods, schools and construction styles throughout the Fort Collins and Loveland area. Pam has earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist, called by many "The PhD. of Real Estate".

Since entering Real Estate, Pam has been voted Newcomer of the Year, Rookie of the Year, awarded a seat on the National Sales and Marketing Council for her builder, and honored to be in the top 3% nationwide of Coldwell Banker for the past seven years.
