Areas of Expertise

Enjoy helping people resolve their hardest real estate issues and focusing on distressed properties. This would include helping home owners avoid Foreclosure, How to and where to look for HUD Homes. I also enjoy helping the First time home buyer purchase their first home and offer a 1- hour education class to help get them started.  I also have taken the time to strengthen my knowledge and skills in Short Sales and Foreclosures.

A little about us

We moved to Colorado in 1994 from Arizona to expose our son to the Rocky Mountains and the Colorado way of life. We feel that we have been very lucky to have moved to and live in what is considered to be one of the best place to live in the counrty.

We have a vast array interests, during our free time you will most likly find us enjoying time with family, motorcycling, reading, cooking, football, hiking, gardening or enjoying the art that Fort Collins or Northern Colorado has to offer. Volunteering in our community is also very important to us.
