Real estate is not just a job for Janine, it is a passion and it is the perfect venue to allow her to use her superior customer service, marketing skills and creativity to their fullest.

Janine grew up on a farm in rural Illinois and attributes her strong Midwestern values and work ethic to that upbringing. She graduated from Illinois State University with a Major in Art and Minor in Home Economics with an emphasis on Textile Design.

Janine moved to Colorado thirty years ago and before becoming a Realtor, worked as Sales and Marketing Manager for many up-scale, local companies. Janine feels that a home is should be marketed like any high-end product and should have a marketing plan tailored specifically to suite that particular home, neighborhood and seller.

Some of Janine's accomplishments over her twenty year real estate career include co-listing the 28 unit Diamond Loft project in Lodo and the 177 unit One Lincoln Park project in downtown Denver where Janine's yearly sales volume exceeded 20 million. Janine also has been certified as a Relocation and Negotiation Specialist and has recently received her GRI the highest level of continuing education available as a Realtor.
