Having lived in the Denver area since 1970 I have bought and sold  real estate in numerous markets throughout the metro area.  Licensed as a Colorado Broker Associate and Colorado Registered Appraiser and educated as an Interior Designer, I bring 23+ years of sales, design and marketing experience to the table with my clients. 

A business owner since 1991, I have developed an innate ability to interpret a client's living style and preferences.  My unique expertise ensures that I'll negotiate the best possible price whether you are buying or selling a home and that my sales style and marketing strategies will facilitate and execute a smooth buying/selling experience.
