Dave Treece - is a Colorado native who has literally “grown up” in the real estate industry. For upwards of 30 years, his family owned and operated a real estate company in Western Colorado, prompting Dave to study Real Estate and Finance during his college years at the University of Colorado. While his passion has always been real estate, a soft Colorado economy in the 80’s and 90’s created an opportunity in the consumer products industry, allowing him to sharpen his sales and marketing skills. Working with major food manufacturers (such as Coca-Cola, Pillsbury, Lipton, and Heinz) Dave designed and helped execute region specific sales and promotional events. During this time he also earned an MBA from the University of Denver.

Now a seasoned real estate professional, Dave has experience in residential, commercial, horse and mountain properties. His transactional expertise has literally crossed the state - - from Grand Junction to Denver - - covering high end condos in Aspen, million dollar homes along the front range or vacant land in rural Grand County. Mr. Treece and his wife, Jackie, live in Ken-Caryl Valley and have a son, Nikolas.
