Personal Background

David Timm, a native of Northern Colorado, has lived and worked in Fort Collins since 1985. After receiving his degree from Colorado State University, David worked as part of the management team at a local company for more than a decade. David also has experience in Home construction, remodeling and renovation along with custom woodworking.

Today he is taking his construction knowledge and applying it to his focus at Coldwell Banker, which is residential and investment properties. David is an Award winning, and top producing agent in The Fort Collins office. David uses the latest technology to give his clients the advantage when they are selling their home or as they are buying a home. David and his wife Carla are raising two fine young daughters. David enjoys taking advantage of Northern Colorado's outdoor playground, backpacking into the areas alpine lakes and streams to Fly-fish. Camping with friends and family, fishing and biking with his girls and various other recreational opportunities are also ways in which he spends his free time. David also loves to sing and play bass guitar as part of a Worship band at Immanuel Church. He also serves on various leadership committees in his church.
