Before entering real estate, Shannon graduated cum laude from University of Northern Colorado with a B.S. in Business Administration and went on to become marketing director and specialty events planner for Lehrer’s Flowers, honing her customer service and organizational skills. As a project manager and technical writer at TIORCO, a company specializing in oil and energy solutions, Shannon interacted with colleagues of all different backgrounds to create a collaborative, supportive office environment. For years, Shannon has volunteered with the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital Foundation’s annual Ladies Tea, helping to raise funds for free mammograms and breast health education.
