I am a strong advocate of customer service and will go above and beyond for my clients. Always know that I will be dedicated, honest and will go the extra mile to make your homes goals a reality.

 

I know what it is like to move your family from coast to coast. Originally born and raised in the country of Singapore, I had the opportunity to migrate to the United States in 1997. I met my husband in San Diego, California whom at that time was serving in the United States Navy. We have been married for 26 years and have a son who is currently in active duty in the Navy. While my husband was serving in the Navy, we had the chance to live in many parts of the country and in 4 different time zones.

I have an extensive background in the retail and customer service business. I was a licensed agent in Nebraska for 2 years before moving to Colorado. I am excited to be part of the Coldwell Banker Realty.

Some things, I enjoy doing is home staging, gardening, spending time with my family and friends. I am also a proud owner of a  couple of Great Danes.( Magnum and Jade )

We have purchased and sold several homes in the past, each one bringing a different experience. We have been blessed with a couple of exceptional realtors, Parvin falls into that category.
This particular home sale in Thornton was by far the most glitchy sale we have ever experienced. We started out with a different real estate company and just did not find the personal touch and enthusiasm that we were seeking. A friend (and past client of Parvinrsquo;s) recommended her to us, as they had a great experience with her.
After our initial meeting, I had great conference that Parvin was our girl, she came in and immediately engaged in the selling process, putting together a beautiful brochure and literature, hitting social media in several arenas and offering great advice. We had moved out of Colorado before the sale of our home so Parvin was left on her own to complete the sale, she even went as far as to shovel snow from the driveway and walkways, take out the garbage cans, and do periodic cleaning as needed, I call that above and beyond!
As I said before, this was the most glitchy selling experience we have ever encountered, none of this was associated with Parvin and Coldwell Bankers, these glitches came from high maintenance buyers, other real-estate agencies and various vendors. Parvin remained very professional and confident, bless her patience. She kept us informed on what was happening on a daily basis remaining positive and powered through all of the issues.
We recommend Parvin without reservation, she is professional, smart and go-getter and definitely takes her profession very seriously. Parvin was really amazing and guided us through this process. We were not the easiest clients I know. But, she worked hard for us from day one and this process took close to a year to come to fruition. She had a good eye when we looked at properties and gave her honest opinion and made sure that we were aware of potential issues or problems and even the benefits in some situations. She knows what to look for and knows the right questions to ask. I think if it were not for her expertise, we may have found ourselves in an unhappy situation. I contacted Parvin about the possibility of selling the house in Commerce City. Parvin responded quickly.
