Janet Goodwin, Broker Associate is a dedicated and active member on the Mullis Team, a top producer at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Parker. Janet was previously with the Oldham Team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Boulder for nine years. Janet earned her real estate license in 2001 and currently serves the diverse real estate needs of clients in Parker, Castle Rock and the south metro Denver area. She holds the Graduate Realtor Institute designation and is a Certified Negotiation Specialist recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate. Janet and the Oldham Team in Boulder garnered prestigious sales production awards each year from 2001 through 2008.

Janet enjoys traveling and a wide array of outdoor activities, including skiing, snow shoeing, climbing Colorado's highest peaks, scuba diving, hiking, camping with her family, dirt biking and motorcycle riding. She is also very involved and a member of networking and social groups within the Denver Metro area. Over the years, Janet has volunteered for and sponsored numerous charities, including fundraising events for the City of Parker, Fairview High School in Boulder and Legend High School in Parker. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
