After serving in the Marine Corp for one tour, I founded and managed my own real estate office for several years. Having real success and fallen in love with the business, I transitioned to executive management at Coldwell Banker and ran the premier Austin office for 20+ years. I was responsible for over 60 agents, an administration staff, training, and recruiting. During that time, I was licensed and sold homes in Texas, personally bought, and sold investment property both out of state and outside the US.

Additionally, along with my husband, I designed, staged, and remodeled our residences, residential rental properties, and commercial office properties. These experiences have allowed me to understand firsthand how critically important the need is for constant communication with so many moving parts, whether in the negotiating process or working through the financing and repairs of a property, particularly long distance when you must be the eyes and ears of your clients. Having managed hundreds of agents over my career, coupled with my personal real estate investment, remodeling, and restoration experience, I have a wide range of real estate expertise to draw on and offer my clients.

I also have a BA in Marketing from Elon University. I have secured The CRS Real Estate Designation which is the highest credential awarded to approximately 2% of residential brokers nationally.

We moved from Texas to Colorado because we were ready for our next adventure, once our 4 children were graduated from college. We are fitness addicts, avid long-distance runners, and really enjoy the outdoors. Being in the mountains has always been a life dream and we seized the moment when we had the opportunity.
