A native of Ellensburg, Washington, John Paul did most of his growing up in Texas. John Paul was raised in a military school, orphanage and boys home until he was nearly 17. His youth was strictly controlled by nuns since the age of eight. John Paul was taught to work hard, better himself and to help those around him. Mentoring and teaching have been a priority for him throughout his life. John Paul is also a musician and actively played for 15 years in Texas.

Prior to entering real estate, John Paul spent many years as a nutritionist working with people to create health. He taught classes and distributed health products around the world. At a Wellness Expo in Denver, a customer suggested he visit Fort Collins. He liked what he saw and a few years later he and his wife, Lesli Singer, moved to Fort Collins where he became a Realtor® and started One World Real Estate Services, LLC, he then franchised with Century 21 and later sold to CENTURY 21 Metro Alliance in 2006. In January 2008, John Paul affiliated with Coldwell Banker in Fort Collins due to their excellent market share, stable work environment and quality support staff.

John Paul balances his leisure time with golf, camping, snowshoeing, travel, gardening and landscaping. He is a strong advocate of the area and feels like the Northern Font Range is a very special place to call home.
