Kate Perry

Kate Perry, a Colorado native, was raised in the Denver area and has a thorough understanding of the attributes that the special neighborhoods in the Denver and surrounding areas have to offer. She obtained a degree in accounting from the University of San Diego and worked for years in the service industry as the Controller for Hyatt Hotels. Kate also has a background in interior design which contributes to her keen eye for attention to detail. This combination of expertise helps Kate in visualizing and communicating a home’s real potential from both a financial standpoint and a design aspect. She has sound judgment in determining a home’s true values and negotiates effectively getting the best deal possible for her clients.

Kate’s passion for helping her clients purchase and sell their homes has translated into success. She has been honored with the Denver Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Roundtable Award, as well as being a top producer in Coldwell Banker Devonshire since she joined the office in 2007. Kate has been an active volunteer participating in her neighborhood community, is a past PTCO President of Homestead Elementary school, and is actively involved in the National Charity League and the Gathering Place organizations. Currently, she lives in the Homestead community with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys playing golf, tennis, skiing, and watching her girls’ athletic sporting events.
