Norma Adair is one of the Top Producers of Coldwell Banker and has been helping people buy and sell homes in the Denver area since 1979. She is a multi-million dollar producer and a Relocation specialist and holds several designations only top level producers attain.   As a previous owner of her own privately held real estate company or as a Broker Associate today, her success is determined by the satisfaction of her customers.

Norma enjoys the challenge of helping sellers prepare, market, negotiate and sell their homes in this competitive real estate market. She is involved from start to the close of every transaction and believes that communication at every stop is very important. She is always available to answer questions and guide whenever needed.

At the same time, Norma feels a tremendous satisfaction in introducing relocating families to the Denver area or in helping local families move across the city. The contract offer, negotiations, loan application, inspections, repairs are just a few of the steps necessary for a smooth transaction. She is always ready with suggestions to help find schools, sports teams, shopping, decorators, doctors, or community services that Denver and its surrounding suburbs have to offer. 

Norma is married and has three children: a son who is an attorney in Chicago, and daughter and another son both at Colorado State University in Fort Collins. Norma's hobbies include tennis and gardening. Norma is a Master Gardener and believes in staging the homes she lists not only inside but outside as well - as the first impression is the most important.
