Hello, and thanks for taking the time to learn more about me. I'm Scott Beville and as a Denver native, I know the joy of living in this very special part of the world. Over the years I've not only been able to gain an in-depth knowledge of the city's neighborhoods, but have watched many transformations take place. This helps me forecast trends, which in turn gives my clients an advantage whether they're looking to buy, sell or invest in a piece of our paradise.

I understand that lifestyle is one of the key factors in finding the right home, and I love living the active Colorado lifestyle with my wife, daughter and son. I played hockey while a student at the University of Colorado and continue to do so to this day, in addition to cycling, skiing, mountain biking and hiking.

As a REALTOR, my main goals are to coach my clients through the process of purchasing and selling their home while making the process as stress-free as possible. Achieving those goals means educating my clients, honing my strong negotiation and communication skills, and relying on my experience and superior market knowledge.

While low inventory and high demand can make home purchases challenging in today's market, my clients have access not only to me but to the collective knowledge of more than 200 agents in my office, giving them a first look at listings before they hit the market. When multiple-offer situations arise, my clients know they can rely on my solid bargaining skills in order to seal the deal.

I'm a Denver-area top producer and a consistent winner of the 5280 Five Star Realtor designation, which is given to Denver's top 7 percent of Realtors. I have also received the Denver Board of Realtors' Roundtable of Excellence award since 2012.
