Shirley Watson Experienced, Energetic & Effective

For more than three decades, Shirley Watson has been recognized as one of the top Realtors in Colorado.  Although she has consistently been named to Coldwell Banker's "President's Premier" list, it is not high production levels that set Shirley apart from other realtors. Simply put, Shirley has earned her reputation by exceeding her clients expectations through providing them with unmatched service.  

"I love interacting with my clients and making their transition into a new house as easy, exciting and enjoyable as possible. I gain an incredible sense of personal and professional satisfaction when I help someone find a new home," she stated in an interview.  

Shirley and her Family left their Southern roots in Louisiana and moved to Fort Collins in 1977. The move proved to be a great decision on the part of the Watson Family. Good schools, a strong sense of community and a beautiful setting combined to provide one of the highest and most unique qualities of life available anywhere in the world. Although both children are grown, they visit Fort Collins frequently as family remains a priority in the Watson household. When spare time permits Shirley and her husband Chester enjoy fly-fishing, skiing, and traveling.  

Shirley has never taken the sense of community in Northern Colorado for granted. She has been an active supporter and participant in numerous business organizations and charities. Shirley has served as a member of the Board of Directors for two local banks. She also served as one of five commissioners to the Colorado State Land Board for eight years, a position appointed by Colorado Governor Bill Owens.

With 32 years of experience in the Northern Colorado real estate market, few can match Shirley's knowledge of the area. It is her drive to go that extra mile that keeps her clients coming back. " My goal is not just to find a house for my clients, but to help them discover a new home."
