Personal Background

I am a Colorado native and Denver resident for over 42 years. I have a thorough knowledge of our local real estate market, with a focus on Cherry Creek North. Additional real estate experience includes investment property and development.

I am an active resident in my neighborhood. I have been on the board of directors of the Cherry Creek North Neighborhood Association (CCNNA) for over seven years. As a board member, I currently chair the Security and New Neighbor Welcoming committees. I recently made a presentations on real estate trends and their influence on the healthy growth of Cherry Creek North to the Cherry Creek Steering Committee, (CCSC), which is comprised of commercial real estate owners, and business owners in the Business Improvement District (BID), local officials, and representatives from other surrounding neighborhood associations.  I am also a member of the Cherry Creek Chamber of Commerce. 

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in interior design. While owning my own design firm during the 70s I was a member of the board of directors and held the office of Regional Testing Chairman for The American Society of Interior Designers, (ASID). This experience is beneficial when helping clients who may require the artful eye of home preparation, kitchen and bath design, color, and staging when either selling or moving into their new home.
