Andy Sommer has redefined the term “customer service”. As Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker, he has led 94 Broker Associates to an industry first of 100% customer satisfaction. This high standard is reached through continued development of all Denver West agents. One on one coaching from a non-competing manager offers experienced and newly licensed agents an opportunity to examine business strategies and set goals. Andy's action and production workshops provide practical applications of Coldwell Banker's innovative tools while focusing on the proven basics of professional real estate. These weekly sessions coupled with full-time mentoring facilitate agents in providing the Denver West community with a one-stop-shop for all their real estate needs.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Coldwell Banker's Ride the Range is an event the Denver West Office looks forward to each year. This year, Andy and Kathy MacLeod represented on the actual ride while the rest of the office helped raise money through selling Pizza Pals, Silent Auctions and the generosity of our agents. The beneficiaries include The Aurora Shooting victims, Habitat for Humanity, Children's Hospital, American Cancer Society, and the Lupus Foundation to name a few. In 2011 the beneficiary was "Step 13". Other 2012 ventures in which Denver West has proudly participated include clothing and coat drives for the VA hospital.

MORE ABOUT ANDY

Andy is known for his strong skills in analysis, leadership, mathematics, negotiation, planning and organization. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Precision Engineering at the Higher Technical College in Austria and a Masters degree in Customer Service Management by the Marketing Academy in Hamburg, Germany.

Andy is bilingual, as German is his first language. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his 2 children.
