2013 was an exciting year for real estate - a year filled with opportunities to work with wonderful people! I was reminded on many occasions, why I love what I do. Buying a home? You may have caught me on HGTV’s My First Place. I love working with buyers and look forward to helping you select the home of your dreams by taking the time to listen to your needs and desires. We will first look at your ‘wish list’ and establish your priorities. Because of my experience, I am very knowledgeable about the many options available in the Denver area – price, area, architecture, and neighborhoods to fit your lifestyle.

Selling a home? In every market, it is imperative that we work together to make your property rise above the competition. Home staging is the most effective tool in preparing your home for sale. My 22 years of real estate experience have provided me with knowledge of many effective marketing programs to give you the exposure and edge you need to sell your home quickly for the best price.
