Personal Background

Chad has been a full-time Realtor since 2005 and aside from attending the University of Colorado in Boulder for a few years, he has called Colorado Springs home since 1995. In addition to Real Estate, Chad’s passion is spending time with his beautiful bride, Meredith, as well as with their six children, attending Church and Life Group events, and zipping around to youth sports such as Club Soccer, Basketball, Horseback Riding, and Tumbling. Chad also enjoys the outdoor life, a good cup of coffee, following many Colorado sports teams, and observing both the local and national political scene. Along with Meredith’s much needed insight and assistance, he dreams to one day design and build their family's dream home. However, Chad is also known to be overly optimistic when his “D.I.Y.” abilities around their current home are observed.
