Profile
Formerly a top producing agent in Southern California, Kathy began her real estate management career by heading up the Career Development Center. Looking for a different quality of life, Kathy moved to Colorado to head up the Denver West Office located in Lakewood where she is the Managing Broker.
Insisting on a "can-do" attitude from herself, as well as the sales professionals she works with, Kathy encourages people to be the best they can be. Working in a high-level government job prior to real estate, Kathy was seeking independence and higher pay. Entering the real estate profession changed her life and today she finds it exciting to help empower others to excellence. An extremely motivated solution seeker, Kathy knows how to listen carefully and discern people's needs.
Kathy is a non-competing broker who is in the office daily in addition to being available on weekends for her agents. A strong trainer, she has developed and helped many agents achieve their financial dreams through this fantastic career. "One of the greatest tools a manager has to offer at Coldwell Banker is our ability to offer a no-cost to the agent coaching program. Agents voluntarily enter the program and experience tremendous results in their business," states Kathy
Having earned her Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) Certificate, one of the highest designations a Managing Broker can earn only enhances the experience for the agents. Beneficiaries include Habitat for Humanity, Children's Hospital, the Diabetes Association and many more.
It's not uncommon for the office to adopt families during the holiday season to ensure they have a great meal and many gifts to open. Additionally we participate in coat and blanket drives.
In the fall of 2009, 30 boxes of toiletries and other items were shipped to our troops in Afghanistan.
Most recently we helped fill ten truckloads of business clothing for the VA Hospital where veterans can "shop" at no charge for interview type clothing.
