Kris Anderson is the Manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s award-winning
Longmont and Loveland offices, incorporating a collective team of more than 50 of the
area’s most talented and accomplished Realtors®.

Kris was named Branch Manager of the Longmont office in 1997 and the Loveland office
in 2010. Prior to that time, she had established a successful sales career, specializing in
both new home and residential resale properties.

Prior to her real estate career, Kris had many years of management experience. A
desire to use that experience within the real estate industry prompted her interest in
becoming the Longmont Manager. Her passion to assist in Broker Associates success led
her to add the Loveland office to her duties.

Kris firmly believes that there is a great personal satisfaction in management. “It brings
an added dimension to your life to contribute to the success of others,” she said. “A real
estate career can be a rather solitary endeavor; it’s strictly up to the Broker Associate
to make it work. I know just how important the team support provided by the Manager
and the office is to a Broker Associate and I focus on that in Longmont and Loveland.”
