In the beginning...

Hello! My name is Sue Coburn, I have been a Realtor in Northern Colorado since 1999 and I'd like a moment of your time to introduce myself to you.  In my past life, I was a teacher for many years. My husband, Tom, and I have been married for over 30 years and have three children: Becky, Erin, and Sam. Tom was an Army officer, and thus we moved often as we raised our family. Becky attended school in five districts before graduating from Ft. Collins High School!

I know what it is like to relocate to a new community where you don't know anyone.
